Level 1 Health & Safety Qualification
Course Duration: 1/2 DayThe Chartered Institute of environmental Health (CIEH) Principles of COSHH is a stand-alone level 1 qualification, which compliments the CIEH Foundation Certificate in Health & Safety programme. While this unit of study is a stand-alone qualification and there are no specific pre-requisites.
Successful completion will prepare delegates to look carefully at their own work activities and contribute to a safer use of hazardous substances in co-operation with their managers and supervisors.
Who should attend:
Anyone who uses or may come into contact with substances hazardous to health at work. It will introduce delegates to the hazards associated with those substances, the risks and controls available and what to expect from a COSHH assessment.
